There were 2 types of crepe：

1. French galette

2. French standard crepe

3. Jinenjyo crepe (unique recipe)

You are welcome to try making your own crepes if you want.

Other: Home grown organic popcorn - you can watch it popped or pop it yourself!

The Frenchman is a tourist and not always available. If he is not available when you make a reservation then it is OK to cancel if you want. (crepes always available)
